Meet PRAJAKTA PATIL — founder of Sookh and the $10,000 winner of Peace Peloton’s 2026 Rooted Pitch Competition.

After leaving an unfulfilling tech career, Prajakta followed her heart straight into the kitchen, training in restaurants before creating her Indian-inspired ice cream brand in Seattle. Through Sookh, she blends bold Indian ingredients with playful creativity, each flavor a reflection of her travels and heritage. When she’s not crafting ice cream, Prajakta shares her passion for food as a culinary instructor at The Pantry, teaching homestyle Indian cooking with the same joy that inspires every scoop.
